Orientation Week

Bizkit's been going to school for 3 days now and he's changed so much in that short period of time I feel like my heart is going to burst.

He's so much more well behaved and mature. Generally just more agreeable to everything.

He wants to do most things on his own. Like peel and cut the garlic and onions yesterday.

He wants to pack his own lunch box. Opens the fridge and chooses his meals and puts it in his lunch box.

He tells me he loves his teacher Connie, and that he wishes his mom looked like her. LOL.

Everyday he's excited to go to school and can't wait to leave. Today he told me, let's go already!! I said we're gonna be so early we have to wait outside. He said " It's ok, I can wait. I won't get grumpy"

Oh my heart. He is growing up so fast my little baby.

He went to the toilet on his own and wore his pants terbalik.

Told me he was pushed by a kid. Spoke to the teacher and she said the boy is autistic. So she asked for his help to watch the boy. So Ethan went and put his hand up and told the boy STOP!

First Day at School

Bizkit was so excited to go to his first day of school he made me drive there early. Carried his bags proudly and wore his hat.

When I brought him in, he acted all brave and said goodbye to me and gave me a kiss.

I didn't know if I should leave or stay until I was told to go. But I left since he had already said goodbye and didn't want him to think I could linger.

My heart...  A little sebak that he's no longer my baby.

Picked him up after kinder and he was sitting quietly in a circle with all his bags and hat like a good boy waiting for his turn. He didn't even run to me when he saw me and waited for the teacher to call his name before he stood up and followed me out.

On our way out he told me loudly that he hadn't eaten his snack because he wasn't hungry. But revealed a little after that he couldn't open the packaging himself. (funny cuz he had opened two the day before)

Anyway I knew he was famished so I fed him in the car and asked whether he liked school. He said:

No. I don't like school because we had to line up.

Much later in the evening he revealed he liked school only a little bit.

Ah what do I do with this head strong boy.
