#BizkitSays 18 - Baby

Recently we broke the news to Bizkit that he will be expecting a baby cousin soon. He was initially excited about the baby but as he saw my sis-in-law's belly grow, I think he realised, the baby wasn't going to live with him. So he complained,

Bizkit: It's not fair

Me: What's not fair?

Bizkit: I want my own baby. 

Me: What do you mean? Kao Fu is going to have a baby and that baby is also yours.

Bizkit: No mama, that's Kao Fu's baby. I want my (own) one. 

Me: Erm...

Bizkit: Mama it's not fair. I want my own baby! 

Oh dear God. 

#BizkitSays 17 - Thank you

We have been trying to teach Bizkit to say please and thank you for sometime now. Most days we have to remind him. But these days it seems to have stuck. Like yesterday when I taught him how to shoot an arrow using his homemade bow and arrow. When he managed to do it himself he got really excited and exclaimed:

Bizkit: Mama I did it! Look!

Then he proceeded to hug me and said:

Bizkit: Thank you Mama for teaching me!

Me: (in shock) aww you're welcome! That was really sweet. Who taught you how to be so sweet?

Bizkit: You!

My heart just melted.

Lying in bed and ready to sleep. Bizkit suddenly had this epiphany.

Bizkit: Mama, lying down is the same as standing up.
Me: Ummm yes it is similar because your body is straight.
